CD Tondela has reached an agreement with CD Feirense to transfer coach Ricardo Costa, who will take over the Beira team. The confirmation was made today by Feirense, through a publication on social media, which informs that it has reached an understanding with the auriverdes for the departure of the coach and the rest of the technical staff. Ricardo Costa will now have the mission of guiding the auriverdes back to the top tier of Portuguese football. The coach is returning to a home he knows well. As a player, he represented CD Tondela in the 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons, as a central defender, having played 65 games and scored three goals. According to what was possible to gather, Ricardo Costa is expected to sign a two-year contract with the Beira club.
